The scheduler expedites patient care by scheduling and managing assignments for our clinical team.

Scheduler Job Duties

• Manage initial assignments, communication of assignments and ongoing scheduling needs for the clinical staff and the skilled needs of our patients.
• Medical supply management.
• In-Service presentation coordination.
• Participation in recruitment and retention.
• Scheduling resident appointments and setting up transportation.
• The scheduler position is also a back-up for the HR position and will be trained in various HR functions.
