About the Role
As a Crew Lead, you’ll lead by example—delivering top-tier work, mentoring team members, ensuring safety and quality standards are met and represent the company’s high-performance culture and core values on every job.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage daily operations on residential and commercial job sites
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed and proactively manage jobsite safety
• Mentor and support your crew, promoting a culture of excellence
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Uphold and embody our company’s core values in all interactions

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional painting experience (interior and exterior)
• Leadership experience and ability to train and mentor others
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Strong knowledge of substrates, prep, coatings, and application techniques
• Understanding of safety regulations (PPE, ladder use, fall protection, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Legal ability to work in the U.S.

Pay: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour
