Role Description
Shoot and edit content (UGC, product, lifestyle)
Support influencer marketing and product seeding
Handle editor outreach and sample sends
Review ad account data to identify creative insights and iterate on content
Assist with paid creative testing (variations, hooks, formats)
Qualifications
2–5 years in content, creative, or brand marketing
Proficient in Photoshop (or equivalent design tools)
Experience shooting and editing content (iPhone + basic camera setup)
Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
Compensation & Benefits
$70-80k base salary
Eligible for annual cash bonus and equity in the company via stock options
