Overview
We are a healthy, functional energy bar brand seeking a Sales Director with direct national and regional account sales and management experience in energy or protein bars, functional snacks, energy drinks, or adjacent CPG categories to lead retail account sales, management and distribution expansion and drive velocity across key retail channels including Grocery (including Natural), Convenience, Club, Big Box and Specialty.
This role owns both sell-in (distribution, placement) and sell-through (sales velocity, merchandising and promotions), with a primary focus on scaling business within existing and upcoming channel accounts, including retailers such as Albertsons/Safeway, Kroger, H-E-B, Wegman’s, Circle-K, Cumberland Farms, Wawa, Sprouts, Costco, Walmart, Target and others.
This role has ownership of revenue, customer P&L, trade spend, and retail performance, aligned to annual operating plans.
Location: U.S. based / Remote work position.
