Job Description: Marketing & development involves teamwork to create and deploy highly efficient and targeted online and traditional marketing campaigns, including blogs, email campaigns, social media, print, TV, SEO and online advertising.

As a graphic designer you will work with designing website layouts, print media, video and graphics for multiple marketing campaigns. The designer will be working with multiple software applications and on a team so communication is key.

• Create, develop, and execute new, while revising existing, design directions/elements for digital and print mediums.
• Work both independently and collaboratively with team members and other departments to take projects from idea to completion.
• Create or source design elements in support of larger initiatives
• manage the creation, development and implementation of new and existing design directions for digital marketing campaigns including display, email, website, and video components

• Determine photography needs and creative direction for graphic projects.
• Plan photo shoots to meet the specific needs of Couto Construction.

• Participate in weekly meetings to assess workflow and company progression
• Occasionally provide live meeting / support for clients.
• Other duties as assigned.
