CorroHealth Hiring for Healthcare Data Analyst at Remote Full Time

Who We Are: STAT Revenue is now under the Revenue Capture division of CorroHealth, which provides a full spectrum of healthcare revenue cycle management services. Our clients are hospitals around the country each with diverse challenges for growth and financial stability.

What We Do: As part of the Revenue Capture service line, we ensure our clients receive complete and accurate reimbursement from contracted insurance companies. Our team analyzes hospital-payer contracts for areas of risk, audits claims for payment accuracy and coding integrity, pursues insurers in cases of incorrect reimbursement and provides training for hospital staff to mitigate future losses.

Data Analyst Role: Our Data Analysts help increase a hospital’s profitability analyzing large volumes of hospital claim data for payment accuracy. Analysts will identify and capture revenue opportunities in a more efficient manner for hospitals.

Other responsibilities include:

• Collaborate to analyze, develop, and produce meaningful data using MySQL, Excel, Access and some VBA/Python programming languages.
• Develop, troubleshoot, and configure tools and workflows to facilitate analysis of revenue cycle data.
• Provide support, optimization, and maintenance of internal applications and technical tools.
• Proactively look for solutions and enhancements to internal technical processes.
• Communicate issues when they arise, present solutions to the challenges, and update documentation records.
• Validate, analyze, and provide reporting for internally and externally generated data.
• Contribute to culture that values knowledge sharing, learning/improving, best practices, quality results, client services, and team efforts.

Job Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience in Excel
• Familiarity with a programming language, i.e. MySQL or Python
• Aptitude for researching and troubleshooting
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment and interact with internal/external customers
• Ability to translate technical requirements/ language for a non-technical audience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
