Cordillera Ranch is looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant to assist our real estate team. Cordillera Ranch is the Hill Country’s premiere luxury master planned community located 10 miles east of Boerne on Highway 46. In this position you will work with our Realtors, their clients, property owners and our preferred builders.

Important details:

• Answer phones and welcome guests
• Assist Realtors with listings and contracts
• Serve as administrative coordinator for the marketing team

• Potential for involvement in social media posts
• Keep track of all the details using our CRM software and spreadsheets
• Keep office organized and marketing materials ready for Realtors
• Be the glue that keeps the office running
• Oversee and train weekend hosts

Key Skills:

• Good Communicator. Likes to keep people updated
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Organized. Detail Oriented. Responsive. Diligent.
• Experience with CRM software
