Job Description:
We’re looking for a Brand Copywriter to support our Ads and Co-Marketing business across, the Creative Studio within our company. This role is focused on developing high-volume, customer-facing creative for partner campaigns — including scripts, MOFU/LOFU ads, paid social, CRM, and platform-native content across channels.
The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing strong creative instincts with highly executional workstreams — turning strategy and partner objectives into clear, compelling copy that drives action while maintaining our distinct tone and creative standards. You should be energized by making great work at scale, whether that’s adapting messaging into dozens of paid placements, writing punchy performance copy, or scripting short-form video and creator-led content that feels platform-native and on-brand.
You’ll partner closely with Brand, Marketing, Growth, Production, and Design teams to create work that is strategically sharp, and emotionally resonant. Scriptwriting experience is also critical, especially across social, paid media, and short-form video storytelling.
While this role is primarily execution-focused, you’ll also contribute to campaign thinking and creative development — helping shape ideas that connect merchant partners, customer needs, and the entire brand in fresh, compelling ways.
You’ll report into the Brand Voice Lead, with a strong dotted line into the Creative Director, Ads and Co-Marketing, helping shape how we balance brand craft with performance rigor across every customer touchpoint.
Responsibilities
Develop customer-facing copy for Ads and Co-Marketing campaigns across paid social, CRM, push, email, in-app, video, and emerging platforms.
Write scalable MOFU/LOFU creative that balances brand storytelling with conversion-driving performance marketing.
Script short-form video, creator-led content, paid social spots, and platform-native storytelling across TikTok, Meta, YouTube Shorts, and beyond.
Translate partner objectives, campaign strategies, and consumer insights into clear, compelling creative across formats, audiences, and placements.
Adapt campaign concepts into multiple executions and testing variations while maintaining creative consistency, speed, and quality.
Flex seamlessly between partner brand voices and ***’s tone, ensuring all work feels cohesive, distinct, and on-brand.
Create emotionally resonant, culturally relevant work that connects partner offerings to real customer needs and everyday moments.
Collaborate closely with Brand, Design, Growth, Marketing, Production, and external partners to bring integrated campaigns to life.
Use performance insights, testing learnings, and platform trends to optimize messaging and improve creative effectiveness.
Contribute to campaign narratives, messaging systems, naming, and conceptual development when needed.
Explore new storytelling formats, AI-powered workflows, and creative tools that improve speed, scalability, and creative quality.
Stay current on platform behavior, internet culture, creator trends, and evolving best practices across advertising and social content.
