OBJECTIVE: The primary goal of this position is to work with the VP Sales and Marketing on all sales related duties and assure that all necessary administrative assignments are completed in a timely manner. Confidentiality in this position is critical.
QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires an associate degree in sales or related business field, or a minimum 3 years of experience in a sales related position.
SKILLS REQUIRED: This position requires excellent written and verbal skills as well as strong customer service skills. Sales experience or willingness to do some sales is preferred. Proficiency at math is required. Must have computer experience with a high working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, and Access). This person must have excellent organizational skills, be detail oriented, and be able to work cooperatively in a small office setting. Knowledge of other office equipment is a plus.
