Hourly at 20-30 hours per week
$10 – 20 per hour depending on experience
We are seeking a content savvy assistant to help us run and manage our content sites and company: two sites about design and designer resources, one about remote work and corporate team building, and one about pet care & dogs. We are looking for help with writing, editing, emailing, social media, coordinating other contractors, and general administrative tasks. Some understanding of SEO would be great but is not necessary (we can teach you what we use). All work can be done remotely and if it goes well we are looking for a long term relationship.
The best candidate will be extremely organized, is an excellent writer, and can easily communicate with a wide variety of people. We’re looking for a self-managed professional who has done these jobs before and is able to complete them successfully (and on schedule) without a lot of assistance from us.
Our core tasks (you should have experience doing these):
We have systems and tools in place for all of these tasks and will work with you to create a specific plan for how to succeed with each of them. Once we’ve given those details we’ll expect you to be able to handle the tasks ongoing or to completion without much additional work.
Other skills (would be nice but not necessary):
Working with us: We’ll start with a few one-off tasks to ensure the right fit. Then, if the results and deliverables of these tasks are good, we’re looking for an ongoing partnership of 20-30 hours a week and potentially full-time in the future. You’ll be working directly with us (the owners) without too much oversight, with the shared goal of creating a smooth, steady, ongoing publishing and content management schedule and flow.

Pay: $10.00 – $20.00 per hour
