Role Overview
We are hiring a Content Marketing Manager to plan, produce, and distribute content that builds authority and drives pipeline. The role owns editorial strategy, the content calendar, and the SEO and distribution that turns words into traffic.
Key Responsibilities
– Own the editorial calendar across blog, long-form, and gated assets
– Plan and brief content aligned to ICP, search intent, and funnel stage
– Manage in-house writers, freelancers, and editors
– Distribute content across owned, earned, and paid channels
– Optimise content for SEO and conversion
– Track performance and iterate based on traffic, engagement, and pipeline
Required Skills and Qualifications
– 4+ years in B2B or B2C content marketing
– Strong editorial and writing skills with a sharp brand voice
– Hands-on with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush) and CMS platforms
– Working knowledge of content analytics and attribution
– Track record of growing organic traffic and content-driven pipeline
– Comfort managing freelancers, agencies, and editorial workflows
