Content Creator, Social Full Time

We are looking for a video-first Content Creator to own our social media presence, translating insurance into entertainment and making people stop scrolling.

This is a hands-on, creator-driven role that requires a fast, scrappy, and opinionated approach—someone who is equally obsessed with internet culture and smart planning to make things happen. This position is critical for scaling Lemonade’s brand to new audiences and maintaining cultural relevance.

In this role you’ll

• Develop reactive and proactive scroll-stopping video and static content that aligns with our brand social strategy
• Respond to comments with wit and humor that expresses Lemonade’s unique social persona
• Stay ahead of trends and keep our brand culturally relevant by showing up where the conversation already is
• Take the lead on concepting, creating, and posting content and have real ownership over how Lemonade shows up socially
• Find unexpected places for Lemonade to show up, collaborate, and create moments
• Always be thinking how Lemonade can stay fresh and reach new people
• Adapt brand, campaign, and product work into social-first content that feels natural to the platform

What You’ll Need

• Experienced track record of making social content people actually watch, share, and talk about (read: you’ve nailed it before)
• Comfortability shooting and editing mobile-first videos, creating static content, and you can navigate Slack, Figma, or whatever helps keep things moving
• Strategy: You understand what drives engagement and know how to measure it
• Hustle: Social media moves fast, and you’re faster
• Tech-forward mindset: You see AI as a way to expand how you think and as part of the creative workflow, and you know when and how to use it
• Ability to work in our Soho office minimum of 3 days a week
• Enthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI – a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our culture

Lemonade’s US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000 – $130,000 plus equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
