Role Description

We’re hiring a part-time Content & Video Producer (15-20 hrs/week, remote) to own our digital content engine. The #1 skill we’re looking for: video editing. If you can create short-form viral video content — LinkedIn Reels, talking head edits, branded clips with captions and lower thirds — we want to hear from you. We provide all content ideas, topics, and raw footage weekly. You turn it into scroll-stopping content that drives engagement.

You’ll also write and schedule LinkedIn posts, manage our YouTube channel, design graphics in Canva, write blog articles, and produce email campaign content. But video is the core — everything else can be taught.

Your success is measured by engagement: impressions, shares, comments, follower growth, and video views. If you make something go viral, that’s the win.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated video editing skills — short-form clips, LinkedIn Reels, captions, branded overlays, transitions
• Proficiency with Descript, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent
• Strong LinkedIn content creation skills
• Canva proficiency for social media graphics
• Excellent written English — direct, active voice, no corporate jargon
• Experience with video marketing and social media content creation
• Self-starter who ships content without waiting for approval
• Ability to work independently in a remote, async environment
• Experience in cybersecurity or B2B technology is a plus but not required
