We’re looking for Community Managers who love connecting with people online as much as they love connecting with them over a cup of coffee, a great meal, or a glass of wine.
Working with some of the most exciting Food, Beverage, and Hospitality brands in Texas means you’ll find yourself interacting with foodies from all over the world who are eager to engage in an overwhelmingly positive way.
You’ll have the chance to invite people in for their first time, to connect over good experiences, and to help turn bad experiences into opportunities — and you’ll work with our team to turn all of those valuable insights and interactions into actionable marketing plans and content strategies.

The ideal candidate will be highly detail oriented and organized, positive, solution-minded, trustworthy, and a quick learner. In addition, they must be diligent with responses and follow-ups, proactive with anticipating needs, and a good listener who is able to understand and execute tasks fully that are delegated to them in a fast-paced environment. Having strong communication skills (written and verbal), a professional demeanor, a can-do attitude, prior experience in customer service, and an interest in social media marketing is a must. A background in hospitality is a plus!
