Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: Greater Green Bay Area

What You’ll Do

As a Carpenter, you’ll play an important role in bringing custom home projects to life from the ground up.

Responsibilities include:

• Constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, wallboard, and other building materials
• Measuring, cutting, and shaping lumber and other materials accurately
• Framing, sheeting, and general carpentry work
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and project specifications
• Inspecting materials and structures to identify defects or needed repairs
• Repairing damaged or structurally unsound framework
• Safely operating hand and power tools
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Working collaboratively with team members to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards

What We’re Looking For

• Previous construction experience required
• Strong skills in framing, sheeting, measuring, and cutting
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Familiarity with power tools and safe operating procedures
• Ability to work at heights, including roof work
• Ability to lift 50-60 pounds regularly
• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons, including Wisconsin winters
• Tool belt strongly recommended
• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate degree in Carpentry or completion of a carpentry apprenticeship is a plus
