Construction + is seeking motivated and skilled construction professionals to join our dynamic team. As a Construction + team member, you will be integral in executing a variety of building tasks, managing site operations, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Duties

• Assist in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution
• Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to perform tasks such as concrete finishing, framing, roofing, and masonry
• Perform construction inspection duties to verify quality control and adherence to safety standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Execute various carpentry tasks including trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, framing, and drywall finishing
• Conduct installation of glass, flooring, tile laying, stucco, plastering, and hardscape features with precision and attention to detail
• Support demolition, restoration work, and remodeling projects by utilizing hand tools and fabrication techniques
• Manage site safety protocols, coordinate with team members on material handling like concrete forming or masonry work, and operate heavy machinery as needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction site work with familiarity in blueprint reading and schematics interpretation
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding setup, and heavy equipment operation
• Knowledge of construction management practices including estimating, scheduling, and quality assurance
• Skilled in various trades such as plumbing, electrical work, welding, roofing, masonry, or carpentry is highly desirable
• Ability to perform detailed inspections using construction standards for quality control and safety compliance
• Strong understanding of construction materials like concrete, stucco, plastering compounds, glass panels, tiles, and wood products
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and understanding project requirements
