The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and managing all Social Media Platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Pinterest). This will include posting content, engaging customers and replying to customer inquiries. This position will work hand in hand with both customer service and marketing. Our ideal candidate is someone who is able to learn about and understand our products and take a personal interest in helping others become self reliant.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via email and via social media to respond to questions, address concerns, gather information, formulate content and execute online review responses
• Manage contact list in the CRM

Manage digital media content using a variety of marketing campaigns Updating social media content as directed

Complete projects and promotions as directed

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

• Social Media Experience: 1 year (Required)
• Customer Service Experience: 3 years
• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
• Expertise with SEO/SEM campaigns
• Facebook & Instagram marketing campaigns
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics and Google Adwords
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System software
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
