We are looking for an experienced, friendly, fun-loving, self-motivated, Social Media Specialist to assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creativity and technology and enjoys working on social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) sites, is highly skilled in posting digital content and is skilled in evaluating social media analytics to improve engagement and brand impact.

General Responsibilities:

• Must be savvy with social media, stays up-to-date on new trends and opportunities
• Interfaces with management and staff for upcoming events, product announcements and new product arrivals. Ensure efficient scheduling of social media posts across the business lines.
• Ensure brand consistency across all brands (Digital and Print).
• Must thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Respond and resolve customer issues and provide a positive interactive experience across all brands on social channels.
• Engage with customers via Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, Instagram, YouTube, and additional key customer care channels.
• Drive brand loyalty through positive social customer engagement.
• Partner with management to resolve any customer issues.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum requirement of High School Diploma.
• Customer Service experience, required
• Experience using social channels to interact with customers
• Excellent written communication skills including typing, grammar, spelling, and copy-editing
• Computer literate with ability to learn new applications quickly
• Positive attitude and ability to empathize with others
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to make quick decisions
• Team oriented, flexible, and focused on completing projects in a timely manner
• Must have quick and efficient typing skills
• Ability to be highly organized, creative, energetic, and assertive
• Time management and ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments
• Knowledge of routine office practices and procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
