Confidential Hiring for Graphic Designer Job at Latham, NY Full Time

Consulting firm with a diverse set of clients in the private and public sector is looking for a creative graphic designer who can create professional materials using Adobe Suite, both for print and digital media.

The ideal candidate will be skilled with design software and every step of the design process from concept to the final deliverable. Working directly with leadership and collaborating on a variety of clients, the graphic designer should be able to take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that makes an impact and connects with people.

The Role:

• Work independently and cooperatively on a range of projects to develop graphic designs that integrate with messaging to meet objectives.

• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design that meets client guidelines and goals.

• Understand and follow design trends to ensure content design matches the client’s industry.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3-5+ years experience with Adobe Photoshop & InDesign

• Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• In-depth understanding of design principles and a knack for creativity

• Excellent communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or similar

• Strong portfolio of work

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with full Adobe Creative Suite

• Understanding of marketing principles

• Working knowledge/experience in website design
