Compounder Full Time

Position: Compounder

Location: Carrollton, TX

Pay: $17-21/hr (depending on experience)

Placement: Contract to hire

Shift: First Shift

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• 3 years compounding experience
• Be able to read and comprehend various procedures efficiently
• Be able to perform basic mechanical duties
• Be able to control/ drive material handling equipment

Job Description:

Compounder is responsible for the blending of weighed raw materials to make a finished product with the best quality and done in a timely manner.

• Mixing/blending of chemicals to make a finished product
• Sanitation of equipment
• Aim for 0% mistakes
• Practice Good Manufacturing and Housekeeping
• Follow all SOPs and Procedures
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Follow all environmental policies
• Assist production personnel in the transferring of product to production fill lines
• Ready batches for next production run
• Complete non-routine jobs as assigned by Production Manager
• Work cooperatively with co-workers and Supervisors
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work
