Join Community Home Health Care as a Scheduling Coordinator, where you will help to ensure our patients receive quality care through effective communication and administrative tasks. This is a full-time position (Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm).

Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with patients, aides, and vendors
• Staff cases
• Ensure quality services to patients
• Perform data entry tasks

Coordinator Qualifications:

• High school diploma preferred
• Entry-level computer skills
• Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Detail-orientated and organized
