Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Commercial Painters with 5 + years experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to a variety of commercial buildings, ensuring high-quality results that meet project specifications. Duties

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
• Apply paints, stains, sealers, and industrial coatings using hand tools and power tools such as airless paint sprayers.
• Perform surface repairs including drywall patching, trim carpentry, masonry work, stucco application, and concrete finishing.
• Install fixtures, moldings, trim carpentry elements, and perform restoration or remodeling tasks as needed.
• Maintain safety standards on construction sites by using proper equipment and following protocols for welding, scaffolding, and working at heights.

Experience

• 5+ years proven experience in commercial or construction painting.
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, airless spray equipment, and scaffolding setup.
• Knowledge of various painting techniques including industrial painting and airless spraying methods.
• Background in related trades such as carpentry (trim and frame), masonry, plastering, or handyman work is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
