What You’ll Do:
Develop, maintain & monitor project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
Organize, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings.
Liaise with customers on the status of projects.
Document and follow up on important actions & decisions from meetings.
Coordinate activities, resources, and information.
Monitor project progress and serve as the project risk and issue coordinator.
Provide project support to the delivery team as needed.
Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and all documentation is maintained appropriately.
Manage the overall project coordination, including planning, scheduling, task assignment, and helping to escalate issues when necessary for resolution to ensure successful completion.
Create and maintain project documentation, artifacts, and reporting as needed to support project delivery.
Provide consistent and concise verbal and written communications to project stakeholders including the following reports: project performance, milestones, status, issues and risk management and quality.
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field of study.
One to two (1-2) years of overall proven success in a Coordinator/Planning capacity with a professional services consulting firm or IT project management organization.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills with varied stakeholders (e.g. business, technical, executive).
Team player who thrives on collaboration and influencing without authority.
Well-developed organization skills with a close attention to details.
Demonstrated project management skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Excellent customer support skills.
Excellent communication skills including, presenting, editing, and writing.
Ability to assimilate to the team culture, and self-manage in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Demonstrated project ownership and consistent delivery on commitments.
Anticipate bottlenecks, help manage risk and escalations, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
Experience with tools such as OpenAir, Smartsheet, Confluence and resource/time management tools.
Cybersecurity industry experience.
Experience in a Professional Services or Consulting organization.
Contracts administration experience.
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) Certification

At Coalfire, equal opportunity and pay equity is integral to the way we do business. A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role is $33,000 to $57,000 based on national salary averages. The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, geographic location, training, licensure and certifications and other factors. You may also be eligible to participate in annual incentive, commission, and/or recognition programs.
