The Continuous Improvement Team is looking for a Product Change Manager to…
Develop processes and methods for meeting new recipe and ingredient requirements at the Twin Falls and Indianapolis Bakeries. The ideal candidate will enjoy working to implement change and find solutions in a hands-on manner both individually and as a part of teams. Leaders have high expectations of interaction, engagement, coaching and leadership of any team under their direction at all times. Coaching and discussions around team building are expected along with general direction around projects and CI activities.
