The Software Support and Training Technician will support new products/software being rolled out across the organization. This role will be responsible for supervising and supporting the team responsible for training new and existing users, responding to help desk queries, and working with the product team to provide feedback from users for continuous platform improvements.

This 9-month contract is based out of Denver, CO. This role can work remotely for residents of Colorado as this role may require occasional onsite visist as necessary. This role will require the selected candidate to be located in Colorado and will pay up to $30 per hour.
