As our HR Business Partner, you will have both a strategic & hands-on role that provides full-cycle HR leadership & support. You will serve as a consultant & advisor to Site Leadership Teams in the effective management of their workforce through employee relations, employee engagement, regulatory compliance, recruitment, performance management, HR program administration organizational design, change leadership & talent management.
You will bring your full-cycle HR leadership along with a passion for embracing both the strategic & tactical aspects of HR to our Newnan, GA and Lagrange, GA locations.
Your key HR focus areas are strategic partnership & continued team-building with site leaders & teams, along with recruitment, engagement & compensation opportunities. You will:
You will bring your Bachelor’s/Master’s/MBA in HRM (preferred) along with 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources and Employee Relations. At least 3 years in a senior, strategic business partner role of a similar size/scope and experience in:
Business Partner: Commercially aware and able to link HR, People, and Development matters with business goals. Ability to build effective working relationships and act as a true business partner.
Subject Matter Expert: Extensive proven experience in generalist HR leadership including organization development, performance management, leadership development, employee relations, talent management.
Team Oriented Leadership: Demonstrates the ability to manage both team & individual performance; Develops talent and delivers results through others.
Interpersonal Effectiveness: Builds constructive and effective relationships; Presents information and responds to questions with confidence; Uses diplomacy and tact.
Informing: Ability to recognize key issues and effectively communicate to management; Ability to provide the information people need to know to do their jobs and make accurate decisions.
Perseverance: Pursues everything with energy; Demonstrates drive and a need to finish; Gives up seldom even in the face of resistance or setbacks; Demonstrates a proactive attitude and ability to act on own initiative.
Problem Solving & Analysis: Demonstrates the ability to gather, manage and analyze complex data and issues; Takes a critical and methodical approach when problem-solving.
Resourceful: Ability to work with minimal supervision, setting own objectives and presenting own decisions. Enthusiastic and credible.
Change Delivery: Previous proven change management experience. Spirit and attitude to inspire and drive change.
Organizational skills: Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload. Ability to meet deadlines and to work independently with minimal supervision; Ability to orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal; Arranges information in a useful manner.
Attention to detail: Methodical and meticulous; Demonstrates attention to detail.
Communication: Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex ideas compellingly and comprehensively.
