As our HR Business Partner, you will have both a strategic & hands-on role that provides full-cycle HR leadership & support. You will serve as a consultant & advisor to Site Leadership Teams in the effective management of their workforce through employee relations, employee engagement, regulatory compliance, recruitment, performance management, HR program administration organizational design, change leadership & talent management.
You will bring your full-cycle HR leadership along with a passion for embracing both the strategic & tactical aspects of HR to our Newnan, GA and Lagrange, GA locations.
Your key HR focus areas are strategic partnership & continued team-building with site leaders & teams, along with recruitment, engagement & compensation opportunities. You will:

You will bring your Bachelor’s/Master’s/MBA in HRM (preferred) along with 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources and Employee Relations. At least 3 years in a senior, strategic business partner role of a similar size/scope and experience in:
