A minimum of two years human resources generalist experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of state and federal labor regulations, personnel administration, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, recruiting and selection, and training and development.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Human Resource Information Systems and all Microsoft Office applications.
