The Executive Assistant will serve as the gatekeeper of our CEO, managing and maintaining the schedule, list of appointments, and complex travel arrangements. The Executive Assistant will also oversee the corporation’s donor tracking systems and software, including depositing donations as necessary. Additionally, this role:

We are looking for a self-starter and proactive individual who understands the nuances of maintaining a complex list of tasks, responses, and details.
