Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Chief Sales Officer for a remote position. The Chief Sales Officer will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing and leading sales teams, overseeing sales operations, and training team members to achieve business goals. This role will focus on driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and aligning sales strategies with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Sales, Sales Operations, and Sales Management
• Proven ability in Team Management and Training to motivate and develop team members
• Strategic thinking and goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Experience in managing remote teams is a plus
• Familiarity with entrepreneurial and sustainable initiatives is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
