Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). The CRO will oversee revenue-generating departments, taking responsibility for strategic planning, sales growth, and account management. Daily tasks involve leading sales operations, identifying new revenue opportunities, developing lead generation strategies, and building relationships with key stakeholders. This leadership role requires managing teams to ensure long-term profitability while driving customer satisfaction, optimizing processes, and achieving organizational goals.

• Proven expertise in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities
• Strong skills in Sales, Sales Operations, and meeting revenue targets
• Experience in Strategic Planning and developing long-term business growth strategies
• Ability to manage and grow client relationships with excellent Account Management skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills tailored to drive high-performance results
• Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Experience in the health, fitness, or recreational industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
