Role Description The Chief Operations Officer (COO) at Rhod AI is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and translating the company’s vision into scalable, efficient processes. The COO will lead operational strategy, aligning cross-functional teams in product, engineering, customer success, and business operations to ensure seamless delivery of Rhod AI’s ecosystem. Daily responsibilities include establishing operational KPIs, improving workflows, and managing resource planning and budgeting in close collaboration with the CEO and leadership team. The role involves building and mentoring high-performing teams, implementing operational frameworks and governance, and ensuring that security, compliance, and risk management are embedded in core operations. The COO will also drive continuous improvement, identify operational bottlenecks, and support fundraising, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives with data-driven insights.
