Role Description The Chief Operations Officer (COO) at Rhod AI is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and translating the company’s vision into scalable, efficient processes. The COO will lead operational strategy, aligning cross-functional teams in product, engineering, customer success, and business operations to ensure seamless delivery of Rhod AI’s ecosystem. Daily responsibilities include establishing operational KPIs, improving workflows, and managing resource planning and budgeting in close collaboration with the CEO and leadership team. The role involves building and mentoring high-performing teams, implementing operational frameworks and governance, and ensuring that security, compliance, and risk management are embedded in core operations. The COO will also drive continuous improvement, identify operational bottlenecks, and support fundraising, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Strong operations leadership skills, including Operations Management and Business Planning, with experience scaling processes and teams in a high-growth or technology-focused environment.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, define KPIs, assess performance, and support strategic decision-making.
• Robust Finance and Budgeting capabilities, including forecasting, cost management, and resource allocation across functions.
• Proven experience in executive leadership roles (e.g., COO, VP Operations, or similar) with a track record of building cross-functional alignment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fully remote, distributed team.
• Background in SaaS, AI, cybersecurity, automation, or related technology sectors is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong startup experience.
• Ability to support fundraising.
