The Chief Compliance Officer will report directly to the EVP and General Counsel and be a member of the Legal Leadership Team. This role oversees the corporate compliance program, with responsibility for managing and continuously improving the corporate compliance program, reporting out to relevant Zoetis board committees and management, and designing and executing risk mitigation strategies. The Chief Compliance Officer has regular interaction with the Zoetis Executive Team and the Board’s Audit Committee.
