Job Description
Guest Services Hosts are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. The Guest Service Host is primarily responsible for the check-in/check-out process for our guests, but can also be an information desk, site-seeing agent and dining consultant.
Pay Rate and Hours:
$19/hour
At least 32 hours per week (may fluctuate with seasonal demand)
Hours for this position are mainly holidays, nights and weekends
Follows all COVID-19 CDC and Cook County Health department protocols

Qualifications
Previous hotel experience is not required, but recommended.
