Che Bella Interiors and SLH Home Systems, located in Burnsville, seeks a full-time professional to join our team. Che Bella believes that beautiful, well-designed spaces can transform people’s lives with a commitment to make your home beautifully yours while SLH Home Systems works closely with builders, remodelers, designers, homeowners and businesses to custom-designed electronic systems specializing in tailoring electronics systems to meet each client’s needs. While each company has its own focus and staff, the two partner companies share office space resulting in an exciting and professional setting where each bring something new.
This newly created Office Administrator is a multi-faceted role responsible for managing the office and financial operations for both companies. Specifically, this position will coordinate all office operations including developing and implementing best of practice processes, procedures, and internal controls, establish new vendor and customer files/accounts, maintain business records (client, employee, financial, and vendors), respond to incoming accounting (payables and receivables) related questions, generate, distribute and track client and vendor invoices, reconcile monthly bank and credit card statements, record and deposit cash receipts and submit bi-weekly payroll.
Qualifications:
This is a full-time, benefits eligible position working Monday through Friday flexible hours between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
