Logistics Manager and Dispatcher

Job Type: Full-time

An Oxnard based Logistics company is looking for an experienced bilingual ( Spanish ) Logistics Manager/ Dispatcher that is a multi tasker, cool under pressure and that will handle our customers and drivers with the respect they deserve. We offer competitive pay as well as:

Dispatcher must have the following qualifications to be considered for the position:

• 5 years trucking dispatch experience
• Knowledge of HOS (ELD)
• Experienced in routing and scheduling
• Must be able to handle excess of 50 drivers at any given time
• Data entry and BOL preparations for our drivers as well as outside carriers
• Documentation management and quality control
• Manage heavy email communication internally and with customers
• Develop and maintain carrier relations
• Proven communication skills
• Most be detailed with excellent follow through
• Refrigeration transport experience preferred, but not required
