Fuel Oil / Propane Delivery Driver (CDL B)

Patterson Fuels, a family-owned heating fuel dealer, is seeking an experienced Fuel Oil or Propane Bobtail Driver to join our team serving customers throughout the greater Chittenden County area.

Compensation & Benefits

· Starting pay: $39.00 per hour

· Guaranteed 40-hour work week

· Summer 4-day work week availability

· Winter overtime opportunities paid at double time and a half

Paid Time Off & Holidays

Employees receive approximately 5 weeks of paid time off annually, including vacation, sick time, and personal time.

In addition to the 5 weeks of paid time off, employees also receive paid extended holiday weekends throughout the year, including:

· 1 day off for New Year’s

· 2 days off for Memorial Day

· 2 days off for Independence Day

· 2 days off for Labor Day

· 2 days off for Thanksgiving

· 1 day off for Christmas

Requirements

· Valid Class B CDL

· Hazmat and Tanker endorsements

· Ability to pass a background check

· Current DOT medical card or ability to obtain one

· Ability to pass DOT-required drug testing

· Strong commitment to safety

· Professional appearance and attitude

· Pride in maintaining equipment and providing excellent customer service

Position Details

· Full-time, in-person position

· Currently based in Richmond, VT

· Relocating to 59 Ave C, Williston, VT at the end of July

· Service area: Greater Chittenden County
