Field Laboratory Service Representative (FLSR)

Field Laboratory Service Representative (FLSR) – (Remote)
The FLSR is a member of the Customer Experience organization reporting to the Director of Testing Services Logistics. The FLSR will serve as the primary point of contact for partner laboratories that draw, process and ship samples for any CareDx testing. The FLSR will also assist partner laboratories with training, processing lab orders and logistics. This individual must possess the ability to multi-task, have excellent communication and decision-making skills and the technical and clinical skills to instruct blood specimen collection and processing of remote staff. These job duties will be accomplished through collaboration with Field Team Partners, other Laboratory Services, Laboratory Operations, as well as, other groups throughout CareDx. This role has the responsibility to own test processing and delivery processes. Close partnership with internal (TAS, TAM, PCM, Home PCM) and external (processing sites, phlebotomy collection, lab team, transplant team, commercial lab) parties will be required. The FLSR must follow all CareDx and customer site safety standards for bloodborne pathogens and chemical hygiene when visiting customer laboratories and comply with both CareDx and customer HIPAA requirements
