Job Description:

The T-Shirt Graphic Designer/Illustrator works to create graphic designs for t-shirts consistent with seasonal direction and the Cardin McCoy aesthetic. This position will also work with Cardin McCoy’s outside customers to bring their t-shirt designs to life.

Responsibilities:

• Create eye-catching graphics and engaging designs using Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Managing color separations for screen printing
• Assist with graphics for email marketing campaigns and media advertising
• Develop and maintain image library files
• Coordinate with outside clients to produce designs for screen printing t-shirts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, or related field
• Generally, 3+ years’ experience in Graphic Design & conceptual development OR extremely strong art portfolio
• Proficient with Adobe Suite, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to listen and incorporate ideas into new designs and products
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to quickly analyze and prioritize work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Proven ability to adhere to calendar deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
