Description:

Carbon Robotics is searching for a talented, highly motivated, Administrative Assistant to provide support across the organization’s various Seattle-based departments such as marketing, accounting, recruiting and office administration. This person works independently to perform a variety of routine administrative duties. This job may be performed primarily remotely, with some travel.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Marketing

• Re-ordering supplies and gear from established vendors

• Organizing multimedia files

• Assisting with trade show and event planning and support

• Searching for new products and vendors

• Accounting

Verifying payment methods with vendors

• Updating vendor contact information

• Recruiting

• Posting approved content to job search boards

• Scheduling phone screens and onsite interviews

• Maintaining internal applicant tracking system

• Office administration

• Supporting office manager and work groups

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 2+ years of admin assistance or equivalent experience

• Competency with collaboration tools including Google Workspace apps, Slack, and Asana

• Ability to multitask in fast-paced startup environment

• Willingness and ability to learn

• Great organization skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have:

• Located in greater Seattle area or western US farming regions

• Ability to travel for events and on-site staff support
