The role
We’re looking for a smart, strategic sales professional who loves research, systems, and relationship-building to fuel Phamily’s go-to-market. This is a pipeline-creation first, quality-over-quantity role: you’ll map markets, curate the right accounts and people, craft thoughtful introductions, and partner closely with AEs to advance high-conviction opportunities. If you’ve been a successful sales professional or a consultant/IB analyst/tech (or similar) and are ready to build at a high-growth startup—and you want hands-on exposure to sales, distribution, and company-building—this is for you. You’re disciplined in your hunt, confident in conversations, and naturally become the person prospects trust to make sense of the space.
Things change quickly here. You’ll shift gears, write and run playbooks, and own outcomes end-to-end with rigor, patience, and excellent judgment.
