Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ewing, NJ, for a skilled Bus Mechanic. The Bus Mechanic will perform regular maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on the fleet of vehicles, including motorcoaches and smaller passenger vehicles. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, maintaining equipment functionality, and ensuring that all vehicles are safe, efficient, and meet regulatory standards. The role also involves handling heavy equipment and adhering to company safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Equipment Maintenance and Vehicle Maintenance to ensure reliable and safe operation of the fleet.
• Strong skills in Equipment Repair and troubleshooting for solving mechanical and electrical issues effectively.
• Experience working with Heavy Equipment in a transportation or automotive maintenance setting.
• Knowledge of safety compliance and regulatory standards for vehicle maintenance.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hands-on, on-site environment.
• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification or relevant mechanical certifications are a plus.
• Previous experience in maintaining buses, motorcoaches, or similar vehicles is highly preferred.
