IT Buyer

Seeking an IT Buyer to add to the team! (This is a contract position)

Position details:
Managing IT supply agreements
Ensure supplier contracts are approved, executed by both parties, stored, and maintained according to internal procedures
Vendor Master Data – Oversee new vendor setting in ERP system and manage changes to existing vendors as required
Manage IT Purchase orders – Issue and maintenance IT Purchasing Orders to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices.

Handle invoicing issues/payment related to vendor set-up, pricing, and payment terms.

Skills and experiences required:

Bachelor?s Degree in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business / Finance, or related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in IT or Purchasing may be considered in lieu of a bachelor?s degree.
Experience/knowledge related to IT purchasing support is preferred.
Working knowledge of SAP and Ariba strongly preferred.
