What’s The Role?
As the Administrative Assistant at Budget Blinds of Freehold, you will provide new and existing clients with platinum customer service. You will be required to answer phone calls, help qualify customers in order to improve our conversion rate, build rapport and relationships with our customer base, place orders and follow-up on orders to manufacturers, manage the installation schedule, work on projects required to enhance the business, and manage our office organization.
You will be required to communicate with clients and educate them on their options. You are expected to have exceptional follow-through on calls, and the goal of this role are both productivity and quality. Response time is critical and so is volume of leads being moved into the system – and equally important is the quality of these prospects as measured by the conversion ratio. Consistency is key and we require multiple follow-ups sometimes to finalize and close the sale. Certain situations may be tricky, and we will rely on your problem solving skills and exceptional communication to manage client expectations. Requesting and collecting a positive review is a very important part of this role.
Additionally, you will be required to perform marketing related tasks to distribute materials to prospects and clients, manage external emails and PR related activity.

Pay: $500.00 – $600.00 per week
All customers are required to wear a mask. They are required to use hand sanitizer before handling samples. All employees have to wash hands and use hand sanitizer before and after every appointment with a customer.
