Our Roster Specialist will work within the Talent Acquisition Department and will ensure operational success of Department’s rostering needs and processes in accordance with established guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Create, monitor, and maintain roster reporting within our Talent Acquisition Department
- Monitor status of roster “health” in collaboration with Talent Acquisition & Preboarding Teams to ensure
- Flexibility to handle other duties as volume of roster duties fluctuate during surge and non-surge months
- This role will require professionalism, and strict adherence to our compliance rules and standards as interaction with PII will be commonplace
Preferred Qualifications
- Excel Savvy; experienced with VLOOKUP, formulas, filtering
