We’re looking for a highly creative, strategic and 10 step ahead individual to join ALEXIS LAUREN as our Brand Strategy and Social Media Content Creator. This position plays a pivotal role in brand awareness, experiences, engagement and relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Create all content assets from social media to website needs
- Create reels, before/ after’s, receive UGC content
- Growth marketing through email and SMS campaigns
- Create relationships through grassroots efforts
- Manage and plan all events
- Secure sponsors and partnerships
- Grow email and lead database
- Create influencer strategy and manage relationships
Social Media
- Lead Content Calendar, Posting, Engagement, Instagram, Tik Tok
- Stay on top of KPIs and growth strategy
- Own execution and ideas
- Track analytics and weekly performance
Graphic Design
- Create newsletters and releases
- Blog posts
Desired Experience
- 3 + years in social media, content creation and/or marketing
- Must have a strong understanding of Tik Tok, Instagram and all social media platforms
- Creative and detail-oriented
- Self-starter and able to work independently
- Experience with Canva and editing tools (Adobe Suite etc)
- Ability to commute to Coral Gables and Bay Harbor Islands as needed
