Brand Director – Job Description
Compensation: $105,000 – $125,000

Snoozy is a fast-growing wellness brand focused on creating products that help people feel better — from sleep to relaxation to daily balance. Our products span multiple regulated and non-regulated markets including hemp-derived products, non-infused wellness products, and state-regulated THC products.
Snoozy sells through e-commerce and in over 1,000 retail stores nationwide, and we are rapidly expanding across wholesale, retail, and new product categories. As we scale, maintaining a strong and consistent brand across all customer touchpoints is critical.
Role Overview
The Brand Director will own the visual identity and customer-facing experience of Snoozy across every channel.
This includes packaging, product launches, social presence, email design, retail merchandising, wholesale materials, and photography/video direction. The role ensures Snoozy presents a cohesive and recognizable brand experience across all divisions including hemp, non-infused wellness, and regulated THC markets.
This position reports to the COO and collaborates closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Visual Identity
• Own and evolve Snoozy’s brand identity and guidelines
• Define typography, color systems, layout rules, and photography direction
• Ensure all creative output is consistent and recognizable
Customer Experience Across Channels
• Maintain consistency across email, social, packaging, and retail materials
• Ensure a cohesive brand experience across digital and physical customer touchpoints
Creative Leadership
• Manage the Creative Operations Manager and designers
• Coordinate external agencies and photography/video vendors
• Build scalable creative production systems and workflows
Campaign & Marketing Collaboration
• Work with the Director of Performance Creative to ensure ad creative aligns with the brand
• Partner with Marketing to ensure campaigns reinforce the brand identity
Brand Architecture
• Maintain a cohesive master brand across Snoozy Hemp, Snoozy Wellness, and Snoozy THC
Product Launch Leadership
• Lead brand execution for product launches including packaging, launch visuals, photography, and retail materials
Qualifications
• 7+ years experience in brand leadership, design leadership, or creative direction
• Experience with CPG, wellness, beverage, or consumer brands
• Strong understanding of brand systems and visual identity
• Experience managing creative teams and agencies
• Ability to translate strategy into execution across multiple channels
Preferred
• Startup or high-growth brand experience
• DTC and retail brand experience
• Experience in regulated industries such as cannabis, alcohol, or supplements
