Salary Range: $39,922 – $49,903 (commensurate experience)
Under the general direction of the Associate Human Resources Director, the HR Department Coordinator provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department, which includes full cycle Recruitment, Benefits & Training Support and responsible for the employee records.
This position requires the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage projects with accuracy and attention to detail. The HR Department Coordinator is responsible for working collaboratively within the Human Resources department in a professional manner. They will work on a variety of task which are common within the HR department. For example, process all applicants within the ATS system, schedule interviews and schedule trainings for the newly hired employees.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, copiers, filing cabinets.

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM.

REQUIRED/PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Associate’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration field. (preferred)
1 – 2 years of experience in an office environment. (preferably in an HR department)
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS: None required for this position
WORK AUTHORIZATION/SECURITY CLEARANCE
Must clear CORI background check
Must be able to work in the United States
