Boeing Global Services is currently seeking to hire an engineer with interest, knowledge, and/or experience in the area of Systems Engineering to become part of the F-15 Training Systems team in Berkeley, MO. F-15 Training Systems is responsible for the design, development, manufacture, integration, testing, maintenance, and delivery of pilot and maintenance training devices for multiple F-15 variants. Position Responsibilities:
Collaborating within a cross-functional team to reach decisions that are mutually acceptable to multiple engineering and support teams

Writing performance, specification, and compliance requirements

Develop systems integration plans

Build up training devices in a lab environment

Troubleshoot system level issues on the training devices

Execute systems integration plans

Support formal testing events

Build up, integration and test of training devices for final delivery at customer’s site

Ensuring compliance of system design to security requirements and configuration-control processes

This position requires the ability to obtain an active U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.) An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is require.

Export Control Requirement:
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, mathematics or physics

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience working with COTS computational and networking systems

Experience with military aircraft platforms such as F-15, F-18, P-8, etc.

Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

This position does offer relocation to eligible candidates.
