The Boeing Company is seeking a Leadership & Development (L&D) Branding & User Engagement Manager to join the team. The selected candidate will drive enterprise-wide coordination for the visual experience, design and messaging for all L&D initiatives and assets. Lead a group of visual designers, community curators and branding specialists to convey branding consistency across the different processes and platforms delivering learning and leadership development offerings. The unifying framework for action will be based on the following principles:
Open collaboration and constant offerings iteration
Usage and consumption data driven decisions for investment and prioritization
L&D experience journeys enabled through technology platforms
The L&D Branding and User Engagement leader will help to coordinate unit wide sprints and iterations, breaking down complex work into manageable deliverables, maintaining momentum and keeping the team focused on tangible and metrics driven business and user outcomes.
Additional Position Responsibilities:
Brand uniformity, promoting brand image, increasing user engagement and successful roll out of development offerings
Understand the target market and knowledge of trend data
Participate in daily operations to help meet objectives and resolve complex problems
Ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget
Manage, lead and mentor a team of direct reports
Collaborate and implement communication strategies, analyze trends and impacts
Influence the business and build relationship to achieve objectives
This position will can be located in Washington, DC; Charleston, SC; Chicago, IL; St. Louis, MO; Seattle, WA; Mesa, AZ; or Philadelphia, PA.
This position allows telecommuting and does not require applicants to live in any of the cities listed above.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
5+ years of experience leading and partnering with cross-functional teams, involving key stakeholder relationship management
10+ years of progressive experience designing, delivering, and improving enterprise Leadership Development programs
Experience facilitating and presenting to senior leaders
This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
