Position Responsibilities:
Work directly with leaders and stakeholders to design, develop, and execute strategic workforce priorities
Support development and achievement of organization and talent plans, reduce complexities and enhance the value of HR solutions in alignment with our Global Talent Strategy
Leverage creative and innovative ideas to ensure our organization finds and retains the most talented employees in the global aerospace industry
Serve as a HR knowledge expert, consultant and advisor, working to drive HR goals and objectives from a consistent, enterprise perspective
Collaborate with HR stakeholders and the various functional leaders to understand strategy and talent needs ensuring alignment, reducing redundancy and achieving results
Partner with the various ET&T leaders and HR teammates to develop and execute strategies and plans such as talent management, leadership development, workforce planning, performance and career development, career life-cycle innovation, and overall employee engagement and recognition
Support the development and enhancement of a robust employee engagement and recognition plan
Champion a diverse, service excellence culture characterized by fast, agile, and responsive decision making, and an entrepreneurial, innovative, and engaged mindset

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
3+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
3+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement
3+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Human Resources Certification
Experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data for cross-functional teams
Experience developing and driving diversity strategies for leadership teams
Experience driving creative strategies
Experience and passion around embodying the One Boeing Approach to decision making for business partners
Experience collaborating with senior business leaders
Typical Education & Experience:
Typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
